Review for Casablanca of Hyde Park Our stay at the Casablanca of Hyde Park was enjoyable and a good fit for our vacation plans.  It is conveniently located and a short walk to Hyde Park Village and South Howard shopping and dining district as well as Bayshore Boulevard.  There is an LA Fitness nearby, and Whole Foods and Publix for groceries and much more. We wanted to be close to local family and near everything else.  Casablanca was the perfect spot for “everything else!”  The apartment had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen, and what it didn’t have was handled immediately and happily by the management team.  They were super accommodating and in a timely fashion.  The space is perfect for two people, especially with two full size closets…one in the bedroom and one at

I enjoyed staying at Casablanca Hyde Park. The location is superb, everything is walkable, and the property itself is fantastic. You can tell that David and his team take great care of the building and the apartments. It is spotless, clean, and truly a great place to live. If you ever have any issues, you will receive a response within minutes, and everything will be taken care of promptly. The apartments offer natural lighting, making them a beautiful place to live. Overall, I had the best time here at Casablanca.

I came to Tampa on a travel healthcare contract and worked at Tampa General Hospital. I originally booked Casablanca of Hyde Park for what I thought would be a 24 week stay. I ended up liking the area so much, I stayed for the entire year. The hospital was a great place to work and Casablanca was the perfect place. The apartment is minutes from the hospital, fully furnished, clean, and comfortable to live in. Both the building and neighborhood were quiet, which really mattered to me especially after long shifts. Hyde Park itself was a great location to decompress when you’re off work. There was plenty of entertainment and eateries nearby. Management was superb. Communication was clear, respectful, and consistent. Living there felt homey. I stayed at Casablanca of Hyde Park for about six months while working in Tampa, and I had looked at several other furnished options before choosing it. Some were bigger complexes and others were short-term rentals, but Casablanca ended up being the most balanced choice for an extended stay. What mattered most over time was consistency. The experience didn’t change after the first month. The apartment was quiet, well maintained, and comfortable, and communication remained just as responsive midway through my stay as it was at move-in. That kind of reliability makes a big difference to me. After long work days it was nice to come back to a place that felt like home. If I were deciding again between multiple furnished options, I’d choose Casablanca without hesitation.
