Casablanca Apartments

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years. Been sick for about 2 due to the mold. Told them to clean up /remove the mold as I’ve been sick for 2 damn years! Thinking it was something else, rent is ridiculous but I had no other choice, roach infested no matter what they did. I had to go out of my way/pocket to buy multiple pesticides to get it somewhat under control. Update: Did a work order for the stove/oven to be replaced as then I moved here they gave me an old one without the burner covers. The whole thing is falling apart(did it about almost a month ago) the whole time I’ve lived here I have not gotten anything upgraded. It’s been years…

Literal slums avoid this place like the plague. Absent management, useless maintenance crew, obnoxious neighbors, genuinely the worst living environment I will likely ever experience.

This place is literally so disgusting and the landlord doesnt care about how the people there are living. At first the apartment was perfect but immediately after a month there was termite droppings and roaches started coming out. There was also an ungodly amount of gnats. The amount of roaches that came out even if the house was bleached, spotless, and clean was insane!! Literally they were huddled all together in one spot eating a crumb before. Also a massive cock roach like the size of my pointer finger was climbing the walls. The crazy thing is supposedly they spray as well but clearly its not working or something. The A/C units also have mold on them and there is no decency to actually keep unit area from directly leading outside they just put tape on it and its open. Ive already

Renovated apartments and the apartment staff is lovely, very affordable in this horrible economy, just have to check for sealing on the walls

Outside is a little shotty, but the renovated insides are nice enough. Luxury apartments, nah, but not section 8 either. Slow to fix issues, pest control is no good, roaches are the apartment mascot. No pool and no working gate to the complex. At least the cops are doing their job in the neighborhood. (2024 edit) This place was hell, left my apartment early. Do not move here, bats, super infested. The worst!!
