Casa Suya Apartments

I have been living Casa Suya apartments for a year and half I am disabled and on housing my apartment has leak in the ceiling meaning when it rains it rains in my apartment. I told maintenance they came and fix the inside but, not the outside so when we the rain it can inside when the snow when it melted it can inside. I have telling the managers for year and half about refrigerator it screams and freezes everything inside the refrigerator I am 57 years I swear I have never seen a frozen egg before in life. The stove electric zaps me everytime I use the owner of Casa Suya doesn't care about anything going here yes there is black mold, infested with bugs all kinds. NOTHING IS MAINTAINED the bare minimum if that.

If I could I'll give no star theres black mold roach infested bed bug infested heater dont work. The landlord dont care my fridge has been broke 3 months. He hasn't replaced it. Do not move in. My truck got broken in twice theres cameras they don't work. This place needs to be condemned.

Roach 🪳 infested.. Not suitable for the disabled and not quite sure why housing would approve.

Large apartments cheap but don't let maintenance in. They went into neighbors apt to fix plumbing but after left electrical fire!
