I’ve had an amazing experience at Casa Real! The property is always well-maintained, quiet, and beautifully landscaped. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly — they genuinely care about the residents and it shows. The apartments are spacious, clean, and have a great layout. I especially love how safe and peaceful the community feels. It’s close to everything I need, but still feels tucked away in its own little world. I’d highly recommend Casa Real to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to call home.

Terrible maintenance response. I visited my mom on Monday and her AC was broken. She reported and it's now thrusday and nothing has been done. Her stove keeps going out and it takes them forever to fix and have never offer to replace it. When it comes to maintenance they always have some excuse as to why they can't sent someone. The new owners were supposed to make it better but it seems even more lacking now.

We are enjoying our apartment so far. It's been 6 months and it's a pleasure. Beautiful property and great service from the superintendent. Thank you!!

They're trying to renew the outside but inside is still infested with mice and roaches. The crew working on the roof leaves nails and trash all over and multiple vehicles had their tires punctured by the nails and screws.
