Customer Reviews
We’ve been living at Casa Palma for two years, and when we first chose this community, it was because we immediately felt how peaceful and well-structured it was. The gym is fantastic, the pool is spacious, and the outdoor barbecue areas make it easy to enjoy a relaxing day grilling and swimming since everything is conveniently close together. We also love the layout of the apartment, especially the generous bedroom sizes, the high ceilings (we live on the third floor), and the spacious bathrooms with separate shower and bathtub, which was a big highlight for us. All of these details made Casa Palma the right choice for our family. One note is that the website still shows beige walls, but the apartments have now been fully repainted in bright white, which makes the space look much more mo
We were genuinely excited to move into Casa Palma, which is what makes this experience so frustrating. When we arrived to move in, the apartment we were given was absolutely not move in ready. It was dirty, dark, smelly, moldy, and had pet hair everywhere. Pretty much everything in there had been once broken and poorly repaired. They later admitted the apartment was not ready, which only raised the question of why it was given to us in the first place. We were able to get transferred to another unit, but instead of honoring the pricing from when we had originally applied, we were required to pay the higher current market rent, as prices had increased in the meantime. Essentially, we were penalized financially for an issue that was entirely the complex’s responsibility. What made the sit
I’ve lived at Casa Palma for two years, and it has truly been the best apartment community I’ve ever rented from. As a mom of two small children, safety is a top priority for me, and my family always felt very safe and comfortable here. The maintenance team is outstanding—responsive, attentive, and consistently maintaining the property to keep everything in great shape. Shirley, the property manager, is absolutely amazing. She’s knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely cares about the residents. You can tell she loves what she does and takes the time to listen and address everyone’s needs. Lucy and Ashley at the leasing office are also wonderful. They’re friendly, approachable, and made my move-out process smooth and stress-free by guiding me every step of the way. Unfortunately, my fa
For a company that charges so much for rent, I would think the least they’d do is hire competent people to manage the office and respond to residents. My experience would require too much typing so I’ll leave it alone. All I’ll say is, if you are looking to rent here, RUN! These people are very dishonest and unprofessional. 2/2 I saw that response about the termination fee, so I will address that. After several attempts to contact your office before the 60-day notice, we finally reached Asley. We told her of our intention not to renew our lease as we were closing on a home but weren't sure of the closing date. She told us to let her know whenever we get a final date. Your office conveniently waited until the 60-day deadline passed to send an email requesting we renew the lease or pay a ter
I lived here for two years and really enjoyed it during my first year. The grounds were always well maintained, and it was a pleasure coming home. Unfortunately, once the management team changed, so did the experience. Communication from the office became almost nonexistent, the main pool was closed for much of the summer, and out of four BBQ grills, only one worked — until it wasn’t maintained and ended up attracting rats. The overall quality of living declined as well, with frequent noise issues and many residents not cleaning up after their pets. By the time my lease ended, I was ready to move on.
