If you're considering moving here, I highly recommend it! This is a fantastic complex with larger apartments than others in the area, featuring spacious balconies. It’s a quiet community in a great location to enjoy all that Orlando has to offer, with a Publix right across the street. Daniel and Jay were incredibly helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate their assistance. Highly recommended!

Casa Mirella’s entire office staff and maintenance personnel are fantastic! They are always friendly and go above and beyond to help with any questions or needs I have. My apartment is a treasure. It's clean, modern, and well-designed. I especially love my huge balcony, the fitness center, the pool, and the quiet building. Also, the location is perfect! The schools are excellent. It's within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend Casa Mirella!

Daniel is always willing to assist, performing his duties with professionalism, responsibility, and goodwill, while maintaining a respectful and courteous attitude in every situation. He truly makes a difference in the daily life of the condominium, showing dedication and care in everything he does. We are sincerely thankful for all his effort and dedication, and we would like to extend our appreciation for the excellent work he continues to provide.

I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent work done by Daniel from the maintenance team. He has always provided outstanding service — professional, attentive, and very kind. Today, he came to fix our air conditioner so it could also heat the house, and as always, he did an amazing job. His dedication and the care he shows in every visit truly make a difference. 5 stars to Daniel! He is the best worker at Casa Mirella Apartments. He is very responsive, respectful, proactive and helpful. Every time I needed he found the solution. People from the office are also super nice and friendly. 3 stars to the complex, as safety has been concerning, trash service is not good, I’ve had an intense roach problem, leaking problem, but to be fair, since they have switched owners and management things have been improving.
