Have lived here three yrs and absolutely love it. Clean,beautiful little community in an over all very nice area. Quiet and close to everything but tucked away off US1 that gives it that small town feel. Nice club house with lots of activities and nice neighbors.

Love it there! I have several friends from CNY and NNY that live and spend the winter there. They own their places and have brought in other people from Canada, NC, Mich, KS that once visited and have now bought into the co-op and own their own places now. Very clean. small 150 units, close to A-1A Indian River and the Ocean and several beaches.

Friendly! Mix of full time residents and seasonals. RV folks add winter energy. Clean, very well maintained, lots of pride in community. Great mix of folks from all over, widely diverse backgrounds, retired and working, 55+ coop community.

Vicki the Office Manager was very helpful! Good place to live and helpful residents and very reasonable rates.
