Management and staff have always been helpful. Property always looks clean and maintained, manager seems to enforce rules and that helps the property maintain a good status quo in appearance. Maintenance has always been able to fix any issues that I’ve had and always communicates well with the process, whether it’s what caused the issue or if a part needs to be ordered. Would definitely recommend this property for comfort living. Definitely one of the nicest places around in the city of Coachella. Love the pool!!

I have been living at the Casa La Paz apartment complex for some time now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The complex offers a quiet family environment, making it an ideal place for both individuals and families. One of the best features is Bagdouma Park being right across the street, which provides a wonderful place for outdoor activities for people of all ages, except when it's 118 degrees lol. The management team is fantastic. They keep residents well-informed and always act quickly on any requests or concerns. It's clear that they genuinely care about maintaining a high quality of life for everyone here. Overall, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained place to live.

The location is fantastic, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and parks. Maintenance is always prompt and efficient, which is a huge plus. The management team is friendly and professional. The most biggest problem is the people living here that have dogs never pick up after themselves when taking the dogs out to use the restroom. I’ve seen how their dogs relief themselves and the owners just walk away, it’s disgusting. I hope the management really moves forward with this and make rules to prevent this type of thing.

I live here and the problem is that they take too long to fix things and if is something big like the carpets they just wont do it. I been living here four years now, I asked for a new carpet since the one that's right now wasn't new when I moved in. Of course they won't change it until I move out that's if. The pool never works!! Always locked up. And for me having kids and during the summer is a big problem and always has been like this. Very poor attention to the residents. I wouldn't move back if I leave. Parkings is also a pain. Too many cars and not too much spaces. The price is good though and they are confy😉
