The team goes above and beyond for the residents. Not only management but the maintenance crew as well. Hats off to Loretta, Gonzalo, Jasmine, Ruben ,Victor and Francisco. I love living there I’ve been living there for a year and a half. I clicked easily with all the employees. I loved the way my re housing was handled when the piping was done. I felt like a celebrity Loretta handled the transition like a pro. Casa Grande the place place to live.

After 3 years living at casa Grande. I loved living there the whole place is very clean , quiet, excellent Manager and staff. I had a maintenance request once it was fixed in an hour after I requested. I had to move just because rent was high for me. If it wasn't for the rent I would lived-in for the rest of my life. If Casa Grande adopt a new affordable housing program. I will be the first to move back. Highly recommend place for seniors. If you go to Casa Grande ask for Loretta, She is very friendly and helpful Manager.

My wife and I have lived here 2 yrs and are very happy The complex is clean and well kept... Maintenance does an awesome job... Neighbors quiet and well mannered... Pool area looks great... Gym is well kept up... Working elevators... If you need assistance Loretta is always there with a smile If you plan to move in take a third floor corner unit if available...they are the best!!! Only negative They have Tow truck drivers that drive through the complex and are quick to take your vehicle... Theyve towed ours twice Over $400 each time Yikes!!!!

Just wanted to give shout out to Loretta and Gonzalo. I'm a vendor here and I do want to say every time im here they always make me feel welcome to the community and greet me with a big smile. They are always helping tenants in the community and I have personally seen them going out their way to help them out. Keep up the great work guys.
