Casa Grande Apartments

This place is improving all the time. It's under new management and it's far better than previously. Brightly lit, security cameras, rehab work. It has become a very pleasant place to live over the past year. These are the best apartments in the Hobby district of Houston as far as I know. I've seen a few negative reviews but please take note that most of them are a year old or so and the ones that are newer are being addressed by the new management. They really do care about their tenants' satisfaction with their homes as you can clearly see with their quick responses.

To be honest, these all bills paid apartments are clean and kept up. My apartment is nice and I'm just glad I have a good roof over my head. It's a place where everyone knows each other. It's safe and quiet. Maria is a good manager and does her job.

Moved into Fresh remodel yes! A/c units are old and need replacing. Area has a lot of prostitution and drug use! Found needles due to the homeless using the walk ways for recreational purposes! Not a place for a family setting! Problem with senior tenants when asked not to let animals urination in walk ways. They’ve always done it that way, soI cleaned it 3 times in the 2 month I lived there.Very Bad choice especially relocating ask questions! They did file an eviction due to me breaking lease. Although I returned keys and cleaned for the short time there. $1,300 is way too much for area

Great place, fast , service, and Maria, Andrew, and Jr are amazing! I am very appreciative of this complex. They are newly remodeled in the inside and spacious! They are also private and quiet. I am blessed for this start here in my new Journey! Good job Casa Grande!

Maria is amazing she took time out of her day to help my mother. My mother has been living there for almost 3years the place is very quite and the staff is super friendly and helpful I am so grateful that we found this place thanks again Maria for being sweet and kind you are truly a superstar keep shining!!
