Casa Fresca Homes at Scenic Terrace

I recently moved into my new home built by Casa Fresca on July 5th, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. Within one week of moving in, the AC unit completely stopped working and because it happened on a Saturday July 12, the company Strada- recommended by Casa Fresca didn’t respond. I had to pay out of pocket to call a 24-hour AC emergency company to fix it. During my walkthrough, I already noticed visible scratches on windows - which were caused by the cleaning company used by the builder. Even now, weeks later, I keep finding paint and construction residue on the floors and carpets. The walls have poor finishing, and if you simply brush against them, the paint peels off easily. Compré casa con ellos y la experiencia ha sido horrible, el calentador no funcionaba por mal manejo del montaje, la alfombra mal puesta y fue cambiada , me repararon el piso en 4 ocasiones hasta llegar al reemplazo total del mismo y aún no he terminado con el tema del piso. Debo resaltar que solo llevo 5 meses viviendo en esta casa. No la recomiendo para nada, de saber la mala calidad de sus materiales de construcción no hubiera comprado nunca con ellos.
