Casa Fresca Homes at Harmony at Lake Eloise

I appreciate how Casa Fresca responds to claims with someone from their team, but I feel it's important to mention that, despite their responsiveness, we have been dealing with these issues for weeks without a resolution. They only responded after I posted this review. We’ve had three different AC technicians come to check the system, and each one has told us that everything is fine. To make matters worse, the AC completely stopped working after the last technician's visit yesterday. Meanwhile, my brand new home, which I should be enjoying, is currently sitting at 81 degrees. Now, I'm stuck in a sauna-like situation with three small kids, and I’ve had to add a hotel bill to my new house payment because no one answered the "emergency" line.. Editing for the comment from Casa Fresca: You have employees going around telling buyers one thing, and then later saying that the things we have been told would be covered under warranty are in fact NOT. We were told to give the grass a chance to catch, and if it did not then Casa Fresca would replace it. Well it didn't, half our lawn is brown, and you all are saying we're out of luck because we believed an employee of yours. Also - Look at the other recent review of someone experiencing the same exact thing! If this is happening to others, I have to assume that it is part of Casa Fresca's business model to say whatever it takes to get people to buy a home, and then do the bare minimum afterwords. Ashton did an amazing job and went above and beyond. He answered all of our questions about casa fresca and showed us the why. The value and quality is outstanding. You can truly see the difference and can litterly look across the street and tell. Anton did all this and showed us a bunch of models. He took his time knowing we are about a year out from purchasing. They are definitely a contender. Anyone looking at buying a home should atleast look at casa fresca.
