The property manager wanted to me to pay more than it was supposed to be 30% with my roommate and we couldn’t afford it . She also wanted me to not work weekends and not one day of overtime.. be aware when you sign your lease cause is not included with water , electricity, internet service and they can con you .. and people who donated waited 6 hours for the process is unacceptable.. the only people who was very nice was Nicole , Roman and melbys. The rent should have been $527 /$300 and when you live with a roommate it should be split in half so they like to con you.. plus room many rules and regulations: can’t even put a welcome sign outside your door but I understand the doormat .they con you think it’s supposed to be affordable housing but these days rent are expensive but it’s suppos

I'm so happy where I'm in now this is my big step to improve myself and my family that handle anything that comes my way

Met the founder casa Familia this morning at promise Treasures Thrift Shop and we talked a little bit about our mission at promise treasures and promise in Brevard and and the operations manager seems like she knew what she was doing and making sure that she used promise Treasures as a model 4 casa Familia

This apartment complex feels like heaven to me. I enjoy every minute of it and it’s very affordable and neat. I also like the movie nights. I’m looking forward to swimming in the pool someday. I also look toward using the Internet cafe to do my homework. To all my new neighbors I would say God bless you and to my roommate know that we are going to work things great together. The staff were very accommodating and my hope is that we all learn to live with one another as great neighbors and never let our differences get in the way of being great neighbors.
