Since the new management took over at Casa Cruz Apartments, things have honestly been way better. Everything feels more organized, communication has improved, and issues actually get handled instead of being ignored. Kimberly, the new manager, has been great. She’s really friendly, easy to talk to, and actually listens when you have a concern. It’s nice having a manager who seems to care and follows through. You can tell she wants the property to run smoothly and for residents to be happy. Overall, the changes with the new management have made a big difference, and living here feels a lot less stressful. Definitely happy with how things are going and glad to see Casa Cruz moving in a positive direction.

I have been living in this complex for over five years now with the new Manager Kimberly she is finally changing the property around and very polite. William the supervisor came into my unit and fix the issues the same day and didn’t leave my place into everything was done. This property is changing a lot I feel a lot safer and cleaner I’m happy with my experience with Casa Cruz.

I stay here from a couple of days and staff was rude and there was roaches, but the only thing I didn't like the most was people outside smoking and taking drugs and knocked on my door repeatedly , cursing and talking loud , and a crowd of drunk people were doing donuts with their trucks at 1:00am. Gosh I couldn't sleep.

Ive lived here before but did not handel the lease. I always felt she ( tenant) was over paying. During the 3 year span including upgrading to a 2 bedroom I also felt unjust random charges. My hands on experience is when I applied and they insisted I pay deposit ($200) and the app fee. After I was unable to move in for acts out of my control. They decided to tell me then not before that they will be keeping my deposit...if i can get my money back great. If not BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. DO PAY DEPOSIT UNTILL U HAVE RENT ALSO AND ARE READY TO MOVE IN. how many people have this affected?
