Barb and Mike did such a good job for us. They recommended inexpensive upgrades like painting closet doors and changing out the dining light fixture. We discussed the best day of the week to list and did a “coming soon” listing. We cleared my dad’s old fashion furnishings and they brought in their own more contemporary things and staged the house. We had 12 showings scheduled right away and on day three we got a full price offer! On top of all the help and work, their commission take was lower than everyone else’s!
