I am a current resident and I would like to share my experience living here at Casa Bel Mar apartments. Eliana is an outstanding Leasing Manager who consistently shows genuine care for our residents and community. She is always involved, supportive, and encouraging resident engagement. Her efforts have created a welcoming and connected environment, making it feel like community not just a place to live.

I Recently had the opportunity to become a resident at the casa bel mar and I’m thrilled to say I enjoy everything this establishment has to offer . Eliana is the most calculated , organized & professional individual I’ve came across in a very long time . Her attention to detail is simply immaculate . I’ll never forget how special she treated me during my application process . If it was up to me I’d give her a raise . Definitely a 5 star experience and 5 star facility. I was a Tampa Housing Authority applicant and got a letter from this property saying that my name was at the top of the list back in May this year. At the time that I did my application I was told that I had to pay a fee of $185. $85 for the non refundable application fee and $100 WHICH IS REFUNDABLE for the holding fee. At the time there was another young lady working in the leasing office whom emailed me that I was approved. While waiting on the housing office to set an inspection appointment, two weeks later I got a letter from housing saying that I was back on the waitlist and my application was denied by the property manager due to inaccurate information reported to them by their 3rd party background checking company which is Leasing desk.
