Casa Azul Townhomes

I've lived here for over 15 years. Since new management has taken over these past couple of years, they have been superb in service. Very responsive and accommodating. This is very much appreciated and renews my faith that providing excellent customer service still means something to people. Thank you so much!!

I remember being hesitant to move in these apartments because of old reviews but I am glad I took the step to do so. Management is great, they made move in process so easy and smooth. I love my apartment in and out! I have to give a big shoutout to my maintenance guy PHILIP! He’s so professional and sweet big guy. Probably the only one I see all the time. I’d probably be comfortable with him being the only one assisting any needs. Thank you casa azul ❤️

Katy is absolutely amazing! She was welcoming and very professional. She took the time to answer all questions that I had. Her attention and friendly attitude made me feel confident. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Living in this apartment complex was the worse experience I have ever experienced. They kept changing management and my rent was always going up for absolutely no reason. My floor was always coming off I put the work order and after three months they went and changed it and it was a different color from the one I had and they still put it. Roaches everywhere, the people in the office they never knew how to answer my questions they were always clueless. I will not recommend people to live here

This place has improved I'm so happy to be here I'm happy ☺️ excited to be at the place that I live in 2023 where I got pregnant were I brought my baby December 2023 where he grew up my baby knows he grew up here this is the place where I was very happy and I live here wonderful moments quality moments I'm glad to be here I'm happy for new management 😊😊 I'm happy for the wonderful service they have the pool is open 😁 that's awesome because me and my husband and kids have a lot of fun on Sundays it's clean wiiiii we have fun I love my home I could see the sky it's beautiful I have a my own little space my lobby where I hang out with my baby and play read books 📚 aww this place is incredible 😍
