Casa Apartments

Apartment complex is a little older but still very nice. Neighbors are respectful during quiet hours. Management is fast to respond and great prices for units available. I was working in the area and needed a place to rent Mike made sure that was a possibility for myself and co worker. Units are exterminated for bugs once a month which insures no unwanted guests. Thanks Again!

Was my first actual place for me and my fiance to live by ourselves, it wasn't bad at all I got along with all neighbors and never really had any issues after living here for a year only moved because I needed more space since I'm an animal lover just didn't like the animals deposit prices overall a great starter place

Lots of pros and cons. In my opinion the pros outweighs the cons. Maintenance is pretty good about checking out issues and fixing things as needed or hiring someone to if they aren’t able to. Rent is below the state’s cost of living, which is a blessing. If we have an any issue of bugs Casa staff were quick to get the bug exterminators involved. We have never had an issue with bed bugs. There will always be those neighbors that no one gets along with, but otherwise the other people and families that live here have become like a small village. They are also pet friendly to all sizes and breeds of cats and dogs. the landlord is a godsend for my family. He took a leap of faith renting to us when we first moved here. It’s nothing fancy but honestly it’s great for what it is, and it’s cozy. The

This is a great community located a very short drive from things such as grocery stores, public library, and parks. The apartments are quiet, very family and pet friendly. There's a lot of green space for play and dog walking. There's also playground equipment and on-site laundry facilities. Any minor typical maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. The management and other staff are helpful and available. Communication between landlord and staff is prompt, courteous, and professional, and has been throughout the entire process--starting with the application. I really cannot stress the pleasant nature of this location and our choice to move into Casa Apartments enough!

I've only been living here 2 and a half months and so far I like it. I haven't had a bad time. The apartment is very comfortable and pretty. My communication with Mike is very good (he is a nice person)and whenever I have requested something they have helped me to the maximum and they have solved the problem quickly. I'm satisfied!
