Been living here for just over a year now, so here is what I know so far: The GOOD: - 24 hour laundry facilities. - Easy online maintenance requests. - Gated community. - Pet friendly, family friendly. - Community garden. - Free child tutoring/activities planned through community organizer. - Property manager hosts free craft events every other day with the community organizer. - FREE FOOD - Nearly every holiday gets any new local food truck service between 4-7pm (depending on the vendor schedule) - fantastic neighbors, some are really just great and that's so rare nowadays. - Walking distance/nearby to Sprouts/Arco/Albertsons/Spirits so resources are easily available. - Spacious living environments for price (also rare) - Referral bonus. I had a great experience living here with my kids! The apartments are incredibly clean, modern, and well-kept. It’s one of the quietest places we’ve ever lived and the maintenance team was always quick to respond whenever anything came up. The laundry room is clean and convenient, the pool is beautiful and well-maintained, and the rooms are super spacious. Plenty of room for my little family. The leasing office staff is kind, professional, and easy to work with. Everyone was always up-to-date because they have a texting feature. Apartment newsletters and need to know basic. We truly loved living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to live.

This is One of the best places I Have rented. The extras are very cool. The management, it's the best. Maintenance department superb, the cleanliness awesome. This is a closed community. Very well, kept. Up to par Brand new laundry room, 24 hours 7 days. Two pools available One Clubhouse. Next to the main pool. The second pool has up. Set up with seating. The parking it's decent motorcycles. There is 3 different types of bins. For trash, recycling is available. In total this place is very beautiful quiet and plenty of room for pets also this place has jungle gym with slides I. The back I would definitely recommend Casa Antigua

I would think twice before choosing this place and calling it home because of the disrespect I have been shown by the management and workers, I’ve lived here for Over 6 years and when the new management and staff came things went down hill. The manger has shown nothing but disrespect to me and family, such as making up lies, not being helpful, and nothing but straight absolute disrespect and rude sarcasms. One of the staff had got mad at me for going to retrieve a ball that had went over the wall at the park and when I got back she had started yelling out me in Spanish and then called the manger. When the manger had came she said lies such as being on the top of the shed on 4 of July and that there were video proof but when I ask for the proof she had denied, she had also said that a bunch

When I initially moved in I saw myself living here for many years to come. It was clean, the area was relatively quiet, the management took care of issues quickly. Then less than a year later The Apartment Company swooped in, bought the place, and everything immediately went downhill. New management wasn't doing anything to combat bugs so ants and cockroaches suddenly became a thing. Ironic how both of those were also an issue at my last place also managed by The Apartment Company. Should be noted my apartment was spotless, there was no garbage or mess to attract either of these pests. The complex was constantly under incredibly loud construction and Sarah, the local manager, would either bombard tenants with emails and texts about everything going on on a weekly basis (from the inane arts
