Carvel Apartments

We have been living at Carvel Harbour Pointe for three years now, and we truly love it here. It’s a quiet, clean, and very well-maintained community with a welcoming atmosphere. Before moving in, I read quite a few negative reviews about parking and towing without warning, which honestly made me nervous. However, in our experience, if you simply follow the community parking rules, there are no issues at all. We have never had any problems. The staff genuinely care about residents’ comfort. Tim and Jeremy from maintenance are wonderful — always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever something needs attention. You can truly rely on them.
