Find the right house! Rebecca helped me to navigate finding a house, and making an offer, twice, since the first offer involved a termination of the deal due to some disclosure issues by the seller. We regrouped and made a massive effort to find just the right house following that experience, and Rebecca was diligent in her search for the right home for me and my elderly mother. Her advice on the offer was spot on, and helped me to close the deal on "the one" quickly and smoothly. We tried to buy a house recently that Rebecca was selling. She wouldn’t call our realtor back and was very fishy about everything.
