If I could give this place negative stars or even get the place condemned or torn down I would. The new corporate owners doubled the rent for most residents even though our contracts clearly state they can't do that. So then they find every way in the book including making up lies to kick you out. I lived here 5 years with no issues until this last manager. Then after she decided she wanted double what we pay for our townhouse she made up for lie of non payment, refused our money come rent time, took us to court and then gave us 24 hours we are disabled people, my husband has 4 breaks in his back right now and we dont know anyone for help. We beg for just one more day, were trying as fast as possible-nope you have hours to move your whole life. Do not put your elderly parents here thinking

This is an income based complex! Oil fields opened back up almost 3 years ago, causing cost of living to go up, causing rent here to go up! Oil fields shut down again, but rent stayed high! $823 a month for a 3 bedroom is just to high for this area of the state.

It's a great place to live and be safe. Wishing I had been able to move here. It's perfect place ,If you can get past the application.

Well we had to pay for fixing hot water heater and thats what controls furnace 3 times. When we moved in had to clean it

We just applied there. The application process is extremely easy. Good customer service all around. Kelly is great!
