Carrington Park at Huffmeister Apartments

I had such a great experience touring Carrington Park at Huffmeister. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The tour itself was very well-organized, everything was clean, well-presented, and they highlighted all the features that really made the community stand out. I especially appreciated how attentive they were to what I was looking for in a home and how they tailored the tour to fit my needs.

From the moment I walked into the office I knew I was going to become a resident! The Assistant Manager Miss Vinsetta Simmons was professional and welcoming. She immediately made me feel like I was a valued guest and took the time to warmly greet me and provided an engaging tour of the units! The units were clean and recently renovated, the community was quiet and laid back, the pool was clean and well cared for, and best of all the other residents were welcoming. The proximity to Hamilton Elementary school is also a huge benefit if you have young children, and Carrington Park has a school bus pick-up/drop-off right at the front gate for them. Overall, I am incredibly impressed and am excited to be a resident in this wonderful community!

I’ve been living here for 4 years now, and I truly love it. The community is so peaceful and quiet—it’s the kind of place where you can really feel at ease. The office staff is always kind, helpful, and professional, which makes a big difference. From day one, it felt like home. Do your due diligence and inspect the place carefully before moving in. I did a quick walk through the first time and didn't fully inspect it because it looked nice. I thought it would be fully cleaned before my move in. Housekeeping only cleaned areas that were noticeable and left the others as it were inconspicuous or not of a big deal to clean. Upon moving in, I've seen a couple of gnats that weren't a big deal, then it started increasing by 20 mins. Called management the following week because they were out for July 4th holiday. I moved in on July 4th night. Management "tried" to escalate the pest control; they only come out on Fridays. I had to handle the pest control myself because I couldn't live comfortably.
