Carrington Park Apartments

My family and I have lived at Carrington for three years. It’s a great apartment complex with wonderful community events. Today, they hosted a Pooch Pool Day with many cute toys and treats for the dogs! So fun! 🐾

From the very first interaction, the leasing team at this community set a standard that is genuinely rare. Every person you encounter is welcoming, attentive, and deeply professional- not scripted in any way but in a way that makes it clear they genuinely care about the residents and the experience they provide. Communication is always clear and timely. No concern I have had has been brushed aside but rather addressed in a very timely manner. The staff here goes beyond simply doing the heir job they create a great atmosphere, with seasonal and monthly events and activities, a place I am glad to call my home for many years. I went to look at these apartments and they are beautiful! I was shown around the complex by Yvonne who was the most friendly person. She seemed to know her residents by name as she greeted several residents as we went through the complex. Is it a little pricey, yes but the amenities you get are above and beyond. It’s surrounded by everything you need. I was very impressed. It’s a safe area and the complex was clean and well maintained. They have a lot to offer. Well worth it in my opinion. Yvonne seems to be a very caring person and you can tell she enjoys her job. I definitely recommend this place.

Me and my girlfriend have lived here for 16 months. Honestly, we really don’t want to move, it’s a wonderful place to live. However, we’d prefer something a little cheaper. They’re always going above and beyond with tons of events that they have all throughout the year, with give-a-ways and cool swag! They show how much they care yearly and we want to say thank you. The community here is gorgeous. Very dog-friendly, they do pooch plunges end of summer and so much more. The leasing office employees have always been easy to get a hold of and very respectful. Dawn has always made sure we knew if we need of anything to let her know and shed help out in anyway she could! We As well as the maintenance team, thank you all it’s been such a delight!

We had a great experience here at the Carrington apartments. Never encountered a problem and all staff are nice and caring. The apartments itself is nice and the location is very nice and quiet for being right by the interstate.
