I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I have received. Despite the account not yet late and it will only be two days late, there has been no willingness to work with me or offer any reasonable accommodation. My request to speak with a supervisor also did not result in any meaningful resolution. I had intended to wait another year before refinancing; however, given this experience and the company’s inflexible approach, I am now actively pursuing refinancing immediately.

I really doubt those positive reviews are real, I have seen and heard so many people with bad experiences, including myself they miss locate payments. They don’t keep track of transactions and information given are always inaccurate, someone needs to investigate those refills because they are simply not true!

Andre Peek reached out to my husband about refinancing our loan. While interested, I had several questions about the process, paperwork, and associated tradeoffs. Do not use these people , I have been with them 15 plus yrs , I refinanced was given a super high interest . Then the new loan came with a negative escrow from day one Of refinance. Didn't find out till my fixed payment went up 250 dollars . For a yr I have not been able to log in on the app . This is why there was a class action law suit . The these jerks call me to refinance, promising a lower rate . My credit was just as good lats time thieves and liars
