Carrington at Champion Forest Apartments

I had such a great experience touring this apartment. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming! They truly made me feel beyond comfortable and valued. The tour itself was beautiful and thoughtfully done, and you can really tell how much care goes into both the property and the residents. The community felt warm, peaceful, and well-maintained. I left the tour genuinely excited that this place might be my future home.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and my experience has been really good. I haven’t had any major issues during my time here. The community is fairly quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate. There are families and kids in the complex, but they are very respectful and it’s never been disruptive. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live.

Absolutely loved living at Carrington at Champion Forest. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the apartments are spacious with great features like in-unit washer and dryer. The staff and maintenance team are friendly and responsive, which really makes a difference. The location is super convenient while still feeling peaceful. Overall, a great place to live and an easy recommendation for anyone looking in Northwest Houston. Miriam was also very helpful the entire time!

Im not a fan of writing reviews but I thought I would for people looking for apartments to help them out. Apartment and grounds are nice. Also, ALL MAINTENANCE MEN are very nice, approachable, and responds quickly to maintenance request and actually fixes the problem and it stays fixed. They really go out of their way to make sure I am satisfied with their work before leaving my unit. Thank you very much.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! VERY RUDE. Not professional and the community is very unhinged. Beware !!! It’s not for everybody. If you want roaches or basic or low income that will settle, these apartments is for you. Also , leasing rep MIRIAM is very sarcastic, rude and think she knows everything and a liar. Then plays the victim if you complain. property manager is also not friendly neither. Apply at your own risk ! Don’t get stuck !
