Carriage Works

Have not even been here a month. My oven/stove took 20plus days to get a new one. My apartment was not cleaned before I moved in. It is sopose to be a non smoking building but people still smoke. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and have asthma so the smell coming through the walls is horrible(management stated they are going to do inspections to fix the smoking). The walls are extremely thin. I can hear the people above me going to the bathroom. The automatic doors do not always work. Not pleased at all. I have put out more money in cleaning this place then what I pay in rent. Will update if things change. Update: Nothing is being done about the smoking. I would like to give high props for the apartment Maintenance Supervisor name Eddie .He came and did an excellent job in my bathroom with caulking up my tub.He really did a very professional job with precision and detailed work all around my tub and cleaned up very well after the job was completed . And as a bonus his personality was very professional as well as friendly . So I would like to give Eddie his props and say thank you again .

Very clean, wide hallways and great decoration. If I enjoyed living in apartments I would apply here.

I have lived her for 5 1/2 years now and love my apartment!! The things I don't like is that this is a locked building and need a fob to get in and other tenants let people mainly kids in that don't live here and they run the building and hang out in the lobby!! Don't care much either for the office personal they need a class on how to talk to others!!! Like I said love my apartment and made good friends!

I'm extremely tired of this place and cannot wait to move. Where do i start? First off id like to agree with the previous com-mentors of this apartment. When it was said that they pee in the elevators it is true. So true that they had to rip up the carpet in the elevator because it kept happening. Imean the elevator was trashed every day. its disgusting. id rather not have an elevator at all if its constantly dirty. I never understood the correlation between low income and complete lack of regard for life, hygiene and others, but i do now. The trash room is disgusting af. People allow their kids to drag the trash on the ground leaving a disgusting wet trail of who knows what in the hallway. As stated previously, they do "inspections" on people's apartments that are not even section 8. Mai
