We’ve lived here for over a year and a half now and I’ve got to say it really makes a huge difference when it’s easy to communicate with the management like it is here. If I ever have any questions or concerns, I can call or go to the office and talk to Tara or Michelle about it & get answers. Great ladies! My dog pulls me to the office every time we go for a walk just so he can see them! He loves them. If there are community issues, they do send out emails and text messages so that everyone is in the know. I really appreciate them doing that. Riley & Raymond with maintenance are great as well. Overall we’ve had a great experience living here & I believe the management has the most to do with that, so thank you ladies!
My family and I have been here for 4 months now. We are very impressed with the Management and Maintenance teams here. Management tries very hard hard to keep a clean and safe community. They are tough in the right ways when they need to be and kind any other time and it's greatly appreciated ! Most of the residents here are kind and respectful for the most part. The Maintenance team of Raymond and Riley are awesome. They help as soon as possible and are always kind and respectful ! The only 2 negative points I see are the security company they go through is based in Portland and they always take at least an hour to show up if not more. It would be more effective to have a closer Vancouver based company here. The other bummer is the garbage...a lot of residents here don't use the comp
Great apartment inside, management is good and very responsive. The community and common areas are where the problems. The security gates are always broken, our car was broken into twice. People misuse the garbage area and then the entire community has to pay for the bill. That part is very annoying to constantly see happen despite management sending out notices about this. I highly recommend putting security cameras up and charging the party responsible for making the mess rather then the entire community.
It's been almost a year since I asked them to fix my window screens and they are still not here. Oh my god, that's crazy. After the assistant manager took us to the apartment to get the keys and take a look at our apartments. First, we had planned to move on Thursday, July 27thhowever, they called us and asked to wait a couple more days so maintenance could be done by the 30th of July. Then, when the day came the maintenance people were still working, and they said it was going to be ready for later on the day. But we went to see it, and we realized that they didn’t finish fixing all the stuff that we went through earlier with the assistant manager, because she said they were finishing the last details, not that most of the maintenance and fixing wasn’t done. Fo example, there were no lau
Would give negative stars if possible. Carriage Park needs a lot of work before it is considered livable. When we moved in 2 years ago, we were shocked that the apartment was not move-in ready. Half of our electrical outlets and lights did not work, our stove did not work, and our dryer was missing a major piece which caused steam to vent through our already super hot apartment. The walls in the kitchen were stained from previous tenants' cooking. Our ceiling fan did not work. The unit also had a major roach infestation. All of these things SHOULD have been fixed and inspected prior to having a new resident move in. The community is loud and tenants are not given warnings to better their behavior and noise levels. There was at least one police car at the complex at lease once a week. The m
