I have been living here for 3 years going on 4 years , and it’s been a breeze . peace and quiet and a great neighborhood to live in . Our office manager Skylie Hamman is very professional and will work with you if you have any problems.

I stopped by the office today to take a tour of a 2 bedroom and Skylie Hamman was very helpful, professional and very nice. I would definitely recommend stopping by!

I've only lived here for a year now but this is a great community to live in!! It's nice and quiet and everyone is very nice!! However, I don't like the fact that our rent went up this year and we still don't have access to our pool. It has been closed since we moved in and I don't think it's fair that we're paying for amenities we can not use and that's one of the main reasons I wanted to move here because of the pool for me and my children!! Also, there was a company renovating our apartments last summer 2023, and they re-did our sheds and while doing them they left our doors off for days, and all my things got wet from the rain and I had things of my daughter's that got stolen and that wasn't right when our sheds are supposed to protect our belongings and that wasn't our fault. I've lived here since 2020, but unfortunately I think now is the time to warn people that Princeton Management is just a slum lord company. The office staff here in general seems to mostly just be a middle man for the higher ups. They have switched property managers since I've lived here. The last one was pretty nice, the new one is clearly drowning in the problems that she walked into and her attitude tends to be defensive and not helpful. There are issues that I've gone to them about again and again with no resolution. Apparently the only way to get them to be responsive is to submit the complaint online, but even then that does not guarantee the issues will get fixed. I’ve lived here since 2023. I remember my mom renting a townhome years ago and thought it would be a good place to start over as my children attend Northmont Schools. This apartment is a far cry from what it used to be. From the very beginning there have been issues. When I first moved in there was a huge whole in my bathroom ceiling where they had to put in a light. You can tell it was just thrown up there. Both my closet and one of my other bedroom closets fell. It was a whole mess and took them about a week to fix. There excuse was is I had too much stuff in the closet not the fact they didn’t use studs to hold the closet. They said they used anchors to hold the closet and it didn’t need to be in a stud, but the dry wall is flimsy and can’t hold the clothes. I’ve called them to replace
