The building overall needs repairs and maintenance. Several units don't have bedrooms and I have seen roaches coming out of drains on the sinks. Depending on who your neighbor is, it can be quiet or it can be noisy 24/7. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbor's conversations. You also have to have 2 keys to enter the place. One for the main entrance and the other for your unit. Can be a real hassle but I guess it's a good security measure. The washer/dryer is located on the 1st floor, and there's a laundromat t in front of the building. I recommend using the laundromat because the machines in the appt do not always work properly and you can only do very small loads. Overall, it's not a terrible place, but it really needs some updating, repairs, and maintenance. Lastly, they do
