Beyond disappointing. Despite scheduling an appointment, the leasing agent failed to show up and didn't bother returning our calls. To make matters worse, we were provided with a lockbox code that was completely useless, leaving us unable to even view the apartment. The lack of professionalism and communication from the management team is utterly unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Carriage Garden Apartments at all costs.
