Carraway

I no longer live here (and was very excited when my lease was finally up). The only reason I'm writing a review is because couple of weeks ago, I accidentally shipped a package to my old apartment address here. I have called and emailed almost every day since then, asking someone to hold the package until my friend can pick it up since I'm out of town for the month. NO ONE IS ANSWERING! Just like when I lived there... There is not "front desk" and no one ever answers calls or emails. I'm hoping this review gets someone to finally respond to me since it was a fairly expensive package.

I thought I had found a new home in my new neighborhood for work with Carraway but just before moving in I had to pull back because this company surprised me with so many move in fees and the staff was so rude when I called to ask about it. Acted like I was dumb and barely gave me the time of day. 300$ I wont get back but I think I dodged a bullet based on my interactions.
