Nikki Boyd is currently the leasing agent/manager and the phone/email to contact the property is not accessible or easily available. Unfortunately this apt complex is committing acts of fraud and ADA & HUD compliance violations. They have refused to supply copies of background checks to individuals seeking to move their and have also manipulated leases and contracts under multiple different names and identities. There is more but Bourn Media Group will be filing charges against this complex and its parent company Hallmark Management. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Lived here with my significant other for a while and had to deal with constant threats from the public dealing with drug issues and petty crime. It was not a great experience living there. I hope it gets better.
The only apartments in this town and honestly they aren’t great!
