Carpenter Square

Buyer beware - once you close on your home communication with Pulte is nonexistent. Six months after we closed, their landscaper is digging into our property, tearing up our nice lawn and planting shrubs that will most likely die. (The quality of plants from the landscaper is very poor - half the people in Carpenter Square bought during Winter, and we have dead trees and shrubs in our yard, but they are our responsibility) We already received permission from the HOA to have a fence built, but Pulte cannot seem to communicate to the landscaper to stay away from our property line. If you buy here, or in any other Pulte property, pay attention to the landscaping when you do the final walk-thru.

Located in very good àrea. Build quality is good.

Nice build quality by Pulte and nice community.

Noisy community , every 5 mins plans flaying over this community.
