Have bought 3 houses with CRG, and today we've sold one. It's hard to tell from an initial impression whether or not an agent is high performing, has aptitude, and drive - or if they've slept through the FREC, and cut one deal a month. Also, sometimes experienced real estate agents can have such an established client base, that they aren't able to give undivided attention to any of them. CRG is right in the sweet spot. Generational, and big enough to have established processes in place. Small, scrappy, and shrewd enough to bring things to my attention regarding my deals that I've personally missed. Tyler has warned me when deals weren't in my best interest. That is one hallmark of a long-term relationship minded approach to brokering that I recognize and appreciate when it comes to CRG.

Tyler and his team did a fabulous job in marketing our home from the excellent professional photography and wide internet presence. His negotiation skills brought us an acceptable deal in a very tough market for pre-owned homes.
