Called to ask for purchasing, and the receptionist that answered the phone on Nov 20, 2024 at 10:57 am.. you are very rude.. i understand you get a high volume of calls per day but you saying "we have all that already" and hang up was by far the worst customer service for a 4 star rating company. Remember to be as polite as you are to your clients and as to your vendors.

Bought a home from them. Exquisite interior finishes and beautiful brick and stone work. Love the structure and extremely well insulated. The workers and contractors are extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Carothers for building us this masterpiece. 😀🤗
