I have clients that recently closed on a Carothers Home in Georgetown in Somerset Ranch. Keith Spears was very helpful and the process went so smoothly that we closed in a little over 3 weeks (on a VA loan). It's a gorgeous home, and very well built My clients love their new home and couldn't be happier with their choice !

We love it so far. We still im the beginning of building our house but customer service is sure #1 for the Carothers Home. Went to the Carothers Executive home to pick everything for my house, Shawna was very helpful and took her time.

Had a signed contract in hand (signed by all concerned parties) and an agreement for some amendments they promised to make to the house (that I was paying for). After signing the contract they basically said they didn’t want to do the amendments they promised and agreed to doing (in writing). They told me they would not sell me the house because I insisted they abide by what they agreed to change on the house. I obviously could have sued them as this is an outrageous breach of contract, but decided to report them and write a bad review instead.
