Carolita Apartments

I just moved in last week and everything about this place is clean, neat and very welcoming . I love that these apartments are fairly new and everything is up to date! The manager Ana is phenomenal. Words can’t describe how grateful I am for her. She works hard and diligently to help you get what you need. I recommend her and these apartments!! Keep up the great work

I have been living in this property since 2024 and I was planning on moving out last year. I decided not to move out because we got a new manager mid last year and have seen that the rules that we have are finally being enforced. People around here would fight me for parking spaces, loud music would be playing at night, couples would fight physically outside in the sidewalks, cars would drive in fast, random people would sleep in their cars in the back parking area and the other manager would never do anything. This manager has made sure our community feels safer and a lot nicer to be able to go outside and not be afraid in the evenings. I really hope the new manager stays for a long time.

Management is very unprofessional, rude and full of favoritism and attitude. Maintenance seems like their barley maintaining themselves, I had to fix my own things in my apartment due to section 8 not passing after maintenance attempted to fix it. Living here is like walking on egg shells they pick and chose what to make a big deal . Management sits in her office all day with door locked and blinds closed, most of the time she’s not there or leaves for hours at a time. There’s constant changes like rent going up every 6months , always new rules , threats to be evicted , I’m currently looking for a new place and to anyone looking to move here with the management and maintenance they have now good luck !

I currently live here at Carolita apartments and I have to recommend the apartments to everyone. When I first move there was a manager that never was in the office or helped she was rude. She had bad people living here and now with the new manager it finally feels safe and she listens when I have work orders.

I lived here when the complex had just opened and have since moved out. Management was terrible and I felt uneasy living there since it seemed no one monitored what went on there. However my sister recently moved there and I have noticed a big difference in the atmosphere. It seems management has also improved. It seems many forget what they agreed to on their lease and when it’s being enforced, since it never was in the past, they have an issue with it. I have lived in apartments where management was careless and overlooked everything and trust me that only creates more issues for the renter. I’m glad my sister and her family are having a better experience than I did when the apartments first opened. If you don’t mind following the rules on your lease, you shouldn’t have any issues living
