MOLD INFESTED PROPERTY: The buildings have a serious mold problem, and management refuses to take real responsibility for it. From the moment I moved in, mold has been an ongoing issue. I have severe allergies, so I am meticulous about keeping my apartment sealed. Doctors orders, I never leave doors or windows open, and I keep the temperature consistently at 68 degrees. Despite that, mold has damaged so much of my personal belongings. The source appears to be coming from the vents, yet management consistently looks for ways to shift blame onto residents rather than properly addressing the building-wide issue. I’ve been blamed for the mold and accused of opening my balcony door letting mold in and this is not an isolated situation. Several of my neighbors have experienced the same problem,

We recently moved into the building and so far we are having a very positive experience! Kevin was the person who helped us during the leasing process — he was extremely gentlemanly, sympathetic, and very attentive, making us feel confident about our decision to move here. The other lady who works with Kevin in the leasing office is also very polite and helpful. The common areas are clean and pleasant, and the neighbors we’ve met so far have been friendly, respectful, and welcoming. We are also very impressed with the maintenance service — every small repair we requested was addressed and resolved by the next day, which really shows their commitment to residents. I lived at Carline Golden Glades from January 10th last year until today, and unfortunately my move-out experience was very disappointing due to communication and management issues. When I returned to the apartment on my scheduled move-out day to collect a few remaining items and return my keys, I found that maintenance work had already begun inside the unit. I was informed that items left inside had been discarded, which resulted in the loss of some of my personal belongings. I had not received prior notice that work would begin before my official move-out was completed, so this was unexpected and upsetting. Kevin made the leasing process seamless and stress-free, from the tour the key handoff. Several things worth highlighting: Cleanliness. They clean around the apartments very often and every 6 months they do deep cleans around the exterior, in fact, it’s been only 5 months and they have already started. They also offer cleaning services for the inside of your apartment. Central location. It’s close to all the major highways so getting around Miami and to Broward comes with ease. When I first moved in, I had a few concerns about the property, but since the new management team has taken over, every issue has been fully resolved. One of my main concerns was the entry gate being left open during business hours, and that has now been corrected. I’m very pleased with the new management and truly appreciate how attentive and responsive they’ve been. Overall, it’s been a great improvement, and I’m happy living here.
