Caroline Arms Apartments

The apartment complex is very well put together and it’s very clean but my main issue is racism I been getting racism treatment when I go to their laundry mat when I go to wash my clothes such as my items being kick by multiple Spanish people and when I go to the office right next to it they ignore it especially if u an black African American . I told the maintenance man about it the only thing he told me is to told stay with my clothes like what me staying with my clothes have to do with anything about the Spanish people treating me unfairly and he walk out like nothing happened they not gonna stand up with u they against u they not gonna speak for u they gonna talk about u and make u seem problematic the fact that they don’t want anything to do with your problem they unprofessional t

my kitchen outlet burned out and the maintenance worker Jamie came and solved the issue quick and easy she was a good help.

These apartments look good on the outside some what peaceful inside look Ight but anyway I rate these apartments 1 stars the people in the office so scary you tell them something they don't do nothing like every Monday me and my sister go up the laundromat to wash our stuff in it like the old Spanish people always point at us roll there eyes in do li petty stuff like put the clothes on the washer we using talk in a different language be funny in stuff mind you we only 16 & 17 black female at that we try to respect our elderly the best we can they do more then that worse then that if I'm being real they do at lot of racist stuff in we will go in the office in tell them they act so scary and the maintenance people I don't know why they act like that for I'm confused me and my sister be havin

Safe, quiet living environment. Kid and pet friendly located in a very convenient area. Rental staff very professional and friendly.
