Agent Corinne Coleman presented my home that was listed by another agency. She lost my key to my house. She wanted to replace only ONE of the 3 locks to my home. If I could give zero stars to this agency I would. I can not call Chris because he does not answer and his mailbox is full.

Good luck getting any of the agents here to return a call. I want to make an offer on a property, but the listing agent has not returned a call or a text in days. I also contacted the Broker in Charge and it seems his mailbox is also full and he does not answer text messages. What are these people sandbagging listings, so they can act as dual agents? I think it is a disservice to the seller. I wonder if the seller knows the agent is NOT actively trying to sell the property. Also the review below is correct the 'CHAT' function is useless. They have no information and will not help.

I just hate that they taking over some hoods & squeezing over price homes too close to each other! I live on Groveland Ave. & barely can drive my cars in yard anymore 😭

I used the carolina 1 chat option. There is no point in the chat option, because all they do is ask for your information. Last time they got my information they kept calling me. If they cant answer a simple question without me giving them my phone number and email address then I'm not buying from them.
