This is an income controlled property. Meaning you are going to need a voucher from HUD. Even then the property manager will make it difficult. I got turned down twice as there was "certain" things that would have to be proven for Heather to say ok. It just happened to be I was adopted, but then I had to have proof. When I was there I was at rock bottom, making 445 a month from the VA. My rent was 50 bucks a month. I was in a rough spot in my life at the time. While living there I had 2 current residents steal packages from me. One I caught and confronted him about it. Heather yelled at me for confronting him about the theft. PLEASE PLEASE be aware of renting apartments at Carolina oaks village apartments .The manger HEATHER PARKER . Heather snoops through things inside your apartment when your not at home ,when she claim she’s doing her so-call inspection . Heather also go through your mailbox and remove your mail . She has a family member that live on the property who is intimate with different men in and out her apartment ( prostitution ) Family makes so much noise everyday at 6:30 am in the morning screaming and hollering the weekends is same thing Plus her children playing ball and ride there scooter in the breezeway her family member has no respect for the other tenants . We complains to Heather about the noise and all she do is blow it off with excuses... the leasing contract it has no nois
