We had a great experience! The cabin we originally rented had some issues with the driveway, due to lots of rain the week before our stay. Jennifer, Misty and Bo(sp?) were all super helpful in locating another cabin for us and worked with us to make sure we were happy. All three went above and beyond! The cabin was very nice, clean and we really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely rent from them again!
Carolina Mountain Properties is no longer our go to site for cabin rentals for 2 reasons: 1) excessive add on fees and charges making a weekend away the price of a week long stay; and 2) minimum 3 night stay prohibits weekend away from time and cost standpoints. Too bad as we used to really enjoy staying in their rental cabins.
First time renting from this company. Great cabin and great service. Highly recommend using them.
Best rentals in the area! The staff is kind, courteous and knowledgeable and always willing to help if needed. I have been staying with them for many years.
There are some good properties listed, some starting fairly affordable on up. Locations all looked clean and welcoming in so far as land.
