I have been renting from them for the last three years, and they are absolutely fantastic company and wonderful people! I can’t recommend them high enough. Update; My new license plate mistakenly got sent to my old address where we moved out of in January! Gerry and Cindy located my plate and promptly mailed it to me! I can’t tell you what great people they are and what great customer service they give. This is just another example of why you should always do business with them as I always will in the future! Don't use the company. They asked me to take time off work to come see a rental and threatened to cancel the appointment if i wouldn't submit an application (which hadn't been request before) as soon as i submitted they quickly canceled the appointed and ran with my money. this is a scam.

We want to thank Carolina Mountain Homes! Especially Michelle Spies & Leslie Gibson! They walked us through our New Home! They Sold our Home in Murphy and Sold us our New Beautiful Home here in Murphy! We are Thrilled I Mean Thrilled Michelle went Beyond What she had to Do! Our Gas Company had a problem with us getting our CO & Michelle Called them they came the Same Day! If anyone wants to sell or Buy you need to Call Michelle Spies ASAP !! Tried to work with Michelle about a year ago on a property listing. She showed absolutely no interest at all. Would not recommend doing business with this realtor.

Carolina Mountain Homes, you and the landlord you work for should get -zero stars for the reasons described below. I moved out of the cabin on Persimmon Heights Rd Murphy, NC mostly because of the condition of the road. When I moved into the cabin in March 2019, the road was in bad shape. The owner of the cabin misrepresented herself and said the road would be repaired, grated, and graveled in the Spring of 2019. There were potholes 1 to 4 inches deep. The road was never fully repaired while I was there. The road was grated a few times. Very little gravel was put down. When the homeowners left for the winter nothing was done to the road from then and up to the time I moved out in Feb of 2020. The car that I had just purchased had tires with an excellent tread rating. In the years time I li
