Carolina Breeze Apartments and Townhomes

Love it here, we are new tenants and my children love it here as well. The unit is perfect for us. There's no loud ordinance around where we live. I've probably seen a couple of homeless people around our dumpster but surprisingly they don't stay long. They don't bother no one, they mind there business. Granted there's literally a men/women and family shelter around where we live but that's what's expected. Plus we're not far from Joe White Avenue either so but as long as they don't start knocking on peoples doors or mine I'm okay or even going through peoples car I'm okay. To be honest, I can actually say i feel safe in my neighborhood. We have lived it worse and this is nothing.

This place looks nothing like the pictures trash is never picked up thrower around always the rodents. And raccoons feed off it so many complaints I’ve reported to city hoping to get them shut down it’s very bad the trash is always everywhere

This place is horrible the trash is always all around the complex so many ants and roaches very horrible apartment in 2026 this is sad they over charge for nothing and can’t even keep the grounds clean

Brenda is an outstanding office manager who truly makes a difference in our apartment community. She’s professional, approachable, and always willing to help—whether it’s resolving maintenance issues quickly, keeping residents informed, or just being a friendly face in the office. Brenda goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel heard and valued. Her dedication and positive attitude.

Very nice, family oriented, kids play ground, dog park with dog exercise equipment.
