Possibly the worst appraisal group I have ever experienced. The young man they sent to do the appraisal was rather inexperienced. While walking around my home with him I was pointing out many improvements that were done within the last 2 years. I would ask him as I pointed out each improvement if it would add value, his response was not yes or no (either of which would have been acceptable) however, his response was “I will have to ask my dad”. Apparently, his father worked for the company as well. When he left he gave me a business card with his father’s name on it. He told me to call if I have any questions. So, the next day I called and got voicemail so I left a message inquiring how long do estimates normally take? I waited two days with no response. Finally, the appraisal came back fo

Incompetence at Its Finest I am genuinely appalled by the lack of professionalism and accuracy displayed by this appraisal group. The appraisal we received was shockingly undervalued, raising serious concerns about their competency and industry standards. It is truly baffling that they are still in business. Beyond the flawed appraisal, the owner’s demeanor was outright unprofessional, making an already frustrating experience even worse. This is, without a doubt, the worst appraisal group I have ever dealt with. Regulatory bodies like LLR must implement stricter accountability measures to ensure that appraisers meet basic professional standards. If you have any say in the matter, avoid this appraiser at all costs.

Harris Davis should lose his license. He miscounted the total number of rooms in the home, ignored the fact it was a historic home, miscounted the bedrooms, miscounted the number of stories on the house, and used comps that were not even relevant at all. His reputation proceeds him and honestly the guy needs to hang it up. Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of being involved with. This guy and this company literally destroyed a transaction due to their incompetence. If I could rate this company a zero I would. Avoid at all cost

Don't waste your money!!!! This company is a joke! They don't know what they are doing!! Our contract said 4 weeks to have the estimates and it was way past 3 months! He kept taking vacations! He didn't even leave the office to look at our properties and we were paying him A LOT of money!! But somehow he signed the appraisals saying he did. He couldn't get in to some of our properties without us and he never contacted us to meet him there. His intern was the only person that met us. He sent an intern by herself that had no clue what she was doing!!!! WE WASTED A LOT OF MONEY HIRING THIS COMPANY! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I wouldn't even give one star, but you can't comment without at least one star!!

Like the other poster, our lender hired this company as well to appraise our home. Not only was our home grossly undervalued, he used comps from another town, though there were recent sales on the same street as our home!! We ended up not getting the loan needed to fix up our house because of the low appraisal. I think an investigation should be launched concerning this company.
