Carolanne Terrace Apartments

This was part of a long email that I sent to the regional and district manager. You can see the full length down below. If these are the continuous issues that we had, we got no response. We were completely ghosted. I would warn everyone about this place. My tenant, you are not a person.bYou are a number to these people. - We have lived in this apartment under the current management over 2 years. Around the time of our lease renewal last year, we experienced a documented (called and reported to janice's and vanessa who were the current property management) black mold issue in one room of the apartment, and we were informed that it had been resolved. However, black mold has since reappeared and is now present in an adjacent room, indicating that the underlying issue was not fully remediated

If I could time travel to April of this year and prevent myself from moving here I would, unfortunately that is impossible, so this is the next best thing. Since April I have lost count of how many different property managers we have been assigned, each one more incompetent than the next. None were able to follow consistent office hours, so when you are in need of something or have questions, you can be sure of one thing: the leasing office will be closed. Things started off solid, with a cockroach infestation. Immediately upon arrival there were cockroaches crawling in our dishwasher. I applied to this property a month ago and have witnessed 3 different property managers. No one answers the phone or is anyone in the office during the listed office hours. I moved in yesterday and have NO HOT WATER! I let maintenance and the leasing agent know and I was told someone would come out but they didn't know when. No one come - of course. No one is in office today, I've sent 3 emails including one to the regional manager, I've called the corporate office and left several voicemails including with the VP and still no reply or remedy. Again, I moved in yesterday and have yet to have one drop of hot water along with the other issues that I can't address because there is no communication. My wife, son and I have lived here for 2 years. This place is in consistent when it comes to needing maintenance done. This includes needing someone in the front office. The hours posted are not what they follow. They seem to be on their own schedule.

Tonya I have been living out here in the community for 4 years, and since then, we've had 4 different property managers. The communication is mot the best. Apparently my lrase was supposed to be renewed, I haven't been contacted regarding signing a new lease, but yiu increase my rent, along with other fees, that has not been discussed, and of course it's the first of the month, and no one seems to want to answer the phone. Not only that the utilities are always not correct This don't make mo sense, and not fair to the people who live in the community
