I can speak very highly of Ryan Carney. He provided excellent service. We sold my mom‘s house and he was very thorough in walking through and making suggestions. The house was dated with paint and wallpaper and Mr. Carney gave us a great lead on a painter which prepped the house before we started showing it. We got our asking price from the new owner. The house sold in less than 30 days and in Cook County in Suburbs of Chicago. He kept us informed every step of the way and negotiations went smooth. One person dropped out of the bidding and he went back to a second person that was interested in that second person actually bought the house.
