Carmen is incredible! Talk about going above and beyond. She was representing my father on the buying side. On closing day, her and her son cleaned the house to make it prettier for the buyers. Carmen has an eye for detail, great communication and negotiating skills, and did I mention relentless? Her attention to detail helped my father save thousands at closing. She was working with my father for over 6 months to get the deal done. If you want someone to do whatever it takes (as long as it’s legal, moral, and ethical) this is your girl. Her and her son make a great team!

I’ve worked with Carmen as the lender for mortgages. As a lender it was super easy to work with Carmen, she understands how important communication is and understands real estate! She also helped my in-laws purchase a home. They’ve been trying to purchase a home for more than 10 years. On the mortgage side it was probably the most challenging transaction of them all, dealing with IRS issues, extensions, government shutdowns, every obstacle you can imagine, but Carmen gracefully handled every situation. Amendment after amendment, extension after extension, communication with buyers and holding onto a contract that lasted months, but thank God my in-laws were finally able to close on their home just in time for Christmas.
