Unfortunate that new tenants are offered $500 to encourage them to rent but existing tenants instead have a $720 increase and are offered $100 in compensation. For a 4 year tenancy. Show some loyalty to those that pay the bills !

Everything is clean here and nice since we moved in a couple months ago but just a little while back someone in the complex stole couple things in my car .and just a little nit picks but other wise the place is nice and comfy .

Great apartment and amenities. The community is great too! Oh and the maintenance service is unbeatable. They do not Jerry Rig anything, and they are prompt when you have any issues. Also, Ericka and Kerry are always on top of your needs. What more can you ask for with an apartment community?

Experienced a leaky faucet and leak at the faucet handle this morning. Put in a work order thru the AppFolio app and had everything remedied by 10am. Usually, Erika or Kerry gets things fixed by days end. We have great maintenance people, Paulo and Javier, that’s been here for years.

The office managers are super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Absolutely best experience with a property.
